Our mission is to help individuals, organizations and communities operate out of their full potential. We believe that creating spaces that honor and engage the beauty and the complexity of diversity will help us in achieving this goal.
We base our work on 5 basic assumptions:
- Communities and organizations are built through building relationships of commitment and trust.
- We don’t know ALL there is to know
- We are all usually doing the best we can, and can always get better.
- Conflict and discomfort are often a part of growth.
- Individuals and communities do grow and change, There is Hope.
